大众化中后期以来湖北高校本科专业结构研究

摘　　要：高等教育大众化中后期以来,湖北高校本科专业在设置规模、布点规模和招生规模方面都有较大幅度增长,科类结构也发生了一定程度的变化。各学科在规模和科类结构层面的表现有着显著差异,工学、管理学和艺术学的规模增长与科类结构变化尤其突出。与理科专业相比,文科获得了更多的增量,使得本科专业的文理结构比例基本持衡。同时,也存在着某些学科非理性扩张,以及忽视专业建设质量等问题。今后湖北高校需要不断优化学科专业结构,着力提升专业建设质量,加强专任教师队伍建设。Since the latter half period of higher education massification,there has been substantial increase in the scale of undergraduate program establishment,distribution and enrollment in Hubei Province.Moreover,the proportion of discipline structures has also adjusted in some extent.There are significant differences in the performance of the disciplines at the scale and discipline structure,with growth in scale and changes in structure particularly prominent in engineering,management,and arts.In addition,liberal arts have gained more increment,narrowing the gap between the proportion of liberal arts and science of undergraduate programs.At the same time,there exist some problems such as irrational expansion of some discipline,and neglect of program quality.In the future,it is necessary to constantly optimize the program structure,improve the quality of undergraduate program,and strengthen the professional faculty construction for universities in Hubei.
