摘 要:目的为了探究低毒饮水染毒小鼠血液及器官Cd的蓄积作用。方法用含0.01%Cd的水溶液进行饮水染毒处理小鼠,染毒21d后采用断颈法处死,解刨分离肾、肝、脾、肺、心脏、大脑等各个组织器官,并取血。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Cd在小鼠红细胞、血清以及各靶器官中的分布蓄积情况。结果通过分析发现,Cd在红细胞中的蓄积量非常明显,而在血清中蓄积量相对较少。染毒后小鼠肾脏、脾脏、心脏重量显著减轻,而其他器官重量无显著性变化。不同器官对Cd的蓄积量不同,大小排序为:肾脏>肝脏>脾脏>心脏>肺脏>大脑。结论低毒饮水染毒重金属Cd对小鼠机体造成了损伤。Objective To investigate the accumulation of Cd in blood and organs of mice exposed to low-toxic drinking water.Methods 0.01%Cd aqueous solution was used for drinking,mice were sacrificed by the neck-broken method.21 days after the exposure,the kidneys,liver,spleen,lungs,heart,brain and other tissues and organs were isolated and blood was accurately collected.Then,flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)was used to determine the distribution and accumulation of Cd in red blood cells,serum and target organs of mice.Results The analysis found that the accumulation of Cd in red blood cells was very obvious,while the accumulation in serum was relatively small.The mice weight of kidney,spleen and heart was significantly reduced after exposure,and the weight of other organs had no significant changes.Different organs have different accumulations of Cd,kidney>liver>spleen>heart>lung>brain.Conclusion Heavy metal Cd exposure to low-toxic drinking water caused damage to mice body.
