中国历史文选课程教学百年省思——兼谈单元制中国历史文选课

摘　　要：中国历史文选课是一门承传中华文化的基础课程,意义极为重大。从20世纪20年代陈垣在北京大学开设中国历史名著选读课开始,中国历史文选课已然走过100个春秋,其间成就瞩目,但也存在着教材杂乱不利规范教学的隐患,因此中国历史文选的课程建设仍行进在路上。单元制革新型《中国历史文选》历经近40年的发展,进行过3次重大修改,旨在探索赋予中国历史文选课一个准确定位,即培养历史专业学生阅读和使用文献典籍能力的工具性的、独立的基础课程。单元制文选教材以单元的形式,涵盖经史子集、民族文献、考古文献,通过典籍概述、文章选讲、练习文选和通论4个层次的教学手段,力图对学生进行通史、史学史、文献学、古汉语等多门课程的综合训练,为提高学生阅读古籍能力提供切实的手段和保障。Chinese historical selection class is a basis class inheriting Chinese traditional culture.It has one-hundred-year history since it was started by Chen Yuan(陈垣)in Peking University in the 1920s.It did not only achieve prominent achievements but also had problems because of the mess of textbooks.The construction of Chinese Historical Selections class is also proceeding.The unit system of Chinese Historical Selections has developed for 40 years and has been revised three times.The location of the class is an independent basis class in order to train students’ability of reading and using ancient documents.The unit system Chinese Historical Selections adopts unit form,and includes all sorts of documents such as historical documents and archaeological documents,so that students can be trained in every discipline in order to improve students’ability of reading ancient documents.
