基于安全经济学下的化工企业事故风险管控分析

摘　　要：化工企业生产活动具有生产工艺繁琐化、生产装置规模大型化、生产原料种类复杂化、产品种类多样化、设备的生产稳定性难以掌握,容易发生“跑、冒、滴、漏”问题等特点。从经济学角度来看,以事故预防为基础,提高化工生产公司安全生产水平并有效的保障化工企业的经济利益。所以要有足够的风险意识,便需要足够的经济投入和经济管理用来提高工艺技术,加强操作人员的教育培训等来保证化工生产的安全,构建一系列的有效风险防控制度,以此来实现本质安全。The production activities of chemical enterprises have the characteristics of cumbersome production process,large-scale production equipment,complex types of production raw materials,diversified product types,difficult to master the production stability of equipment,and prone to"running,emitting,dripping and leakage".From the perspective of economics,based on accident prevention,improve the safety production level of chemical production companies and effectively protect the economic interests of chemical enterprises.Therefore,to have sufficient risk awareness,we need sufficient economic investment and economic management to improve process technology,strengthen the education and training of operators to ensure the safety of chemical production,and build a series of effective risk prevention and control systems to achieve intrinsic safety.
