摘　　要：天源公司系统节能挖潜和气化升级改造后,现有脱碳装置出口指标超标,不能满足生产需要。通过对运行数据进行分析,提出系列优化措施并实施,最终实现装置安全达标运行。After the energy-saving potential of Tianyuan Company's system and the upgrading and transformation of gasification,the export index of the existing decarbonization device exceeded the standard and could not meet the production needs.Through the analysis of the operating data,a series of optimization measures are proposed and implemented,and the safe operation of the device is finally realized.
