摘 要:结合集约化建井开发模式,遵循优化简化的设计理念,按照“降低产能建设投资,降低运行费用”的双降原则,开展科技攻关,形成以高寒地区低产高凝油井串联常温集输技术、一体化集成装置和橇装模块化接转站为代表的地面配套技术,并在生产中大力推广应用。2019年-2020年结合集约化产能建设项目,高寒地区低产高凝油井串联常温集输技术应用660口油井,一体化气液缓冲加热增压装置应用6套替代小型站场,橇装模块化接转站应用1套替代中型站场,合计节约一次性工程投资9600万元,节约运行费用1248万元,与常规建设模式相比节约投资30%、节约运行费40%、减少建设周期40%,解决了地面系统建设投资高、后期运行费用高等生产难题,达到了优化简化和节能降耗的目标,提升了地面系统整体建设水平和运行水平。Combining the intensive well construction and development model,following the optimized and simplified design concept,and in accordance with the double reduction principle of"reducing production capacity construction investment and reducing operating costs",scientific and technological research is carried out to form a series of normal temperature gathering and transportation technology for low-yield and high-pour-point oil wells in high-cold areas,Ground supporting technologies represented by integrated integrated devices and skid-mounted modular transfer stations,and vigorously promoted and applied in production.From 2019 to 2020,combined with intensive production capacity construction projects,660 oil wells will be applied in series with normal temperature gathering and transportation technology for low-yield and high-pour-point oil wells in highcold areas,and 6 sets of integrated gas-liquid buffer heating and pressurization devices will be used to replace small stations,skid-mounted modular connections The transfer station uses 1 set to replace the medium-sized station,saving a total of 96 million yuan in one-time project investment and 12.48 million yuan in operating costs.Compared with the conventional construction mode,it saves investment by 30%,operation cost by 40%,and construction period by 40%.It solves the production problems of high investment in ground system construction and high later operating costs,achieves the goals of optimization and simplification,energy saving and consumption reduction,and improves the overall construction level and operation level of the ground system.
