摘  要:针对水性丙烯酸涂料防霉性能差的问题,本研究以低毒高效有机杀菌剂作为主要防霉有效成分,构建适用于水性丙烯酸涂料的防霉体系。采用滤纸片抑菌圈法考察5种不同类型防霉剂对木竹材霉变常见菌种黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)的抑菌活性,利用正交试验法设计和优化防霉剂复配,并通过物理掺杂法制备防霉改性水性丙烯酸涂料,考察其抑菌活性、稳定性、防霉性、抗水流失等性能。结果表明,IPBC、DCOIT、BBIT对黑曲霉的抑制活性最高,三者的最优复配比例为DCOIT:IPBC:BBIT=15:6:10;防霉剂与水性涂料复配体系稳定性高,当防霉剂添加量为5%时,对黑曲霉的防治效力达100%,且复配体系具有优异的抗水流失性能。To improve the antifungal activity of waterborne acrylic coatings,a novel anti-mildew system was developed using organic biocides with low toxicity and high efficiency.First,the antifungal activity of five different kinds of biocides against Aspergillus niger was studied by using Kirby-Bauer test,and the biocides with high antifungal activity were combined by orthogonal test method.The compound biocides were emulsified before being mixed with waterborne acrylic coatings,and its antifungal activity,storing-stability,mold resistance and water leaching resistance were investigated.The results showed that IPBC,DCOIT and BBIT had higher inhibitory activity against Aspergillus niger.The optimum compound ratio is DCOIT:IPBC:BBIT=15:6:10.The compound system of organic biocides and waterborne acrylic coatings had high storing-stability.When the compound system was applied on the bamboo specimens,it showed 100%inhibiting-efficiency against mold with the biocides at the load of 5%.Moreover,the compound system coated on the specimens showed excellent water leaching resistance.
