摘 要:随着第五阶段双积分管理办法的实施,乘用车企业面临的双积分考核目标进一步加严,除大力发展新能源车之外,传统能源车节能降耗也是企业至关重要的合规手段。在传统车节能技术方面,增压、直喷和起停等常规节能技术虽然成本较低,但节油效果有限,而节油效果更好的48 V轻混、HEV强混等技术,其技术使用成本较高。因此,企业必须在降低油耗与缩减成本之间取得平衡。本文综合考虑积分办法核算要点及企业油耗、积分与成本测算流程,建立了一个简便易行的企业合规测算工具。该工具通过导入现有产品技术状态及各产品技术升级路径,可测算得到不同技术升级方案下企业的积分情况及合规成本等。之后企业可通过对各方案计算结果的综合评估,最终形成符合自身发展需求的节能技术升级方案。With the implementation of the phase V dual-credit management measures,the dual-credit assessment goals faced by passenger car Enterprises have been further tightened.In addition to vigorously developing new energy vehicles,energy saving and consumption reduction of traditional energy vehicles is also a vital compliance measure for Enterprises.In terms of traditional vehicle energy-saving technologies,conventional energy-saving technologies such as turbocharging,direct injection and start-stop have low cost,but the fuel-saving effect is limited,while technologies such as 48 V MHEV and HEV with better fuel-saving effect have high cost.Therefore,enterprises must strike a balance between reducing fuel consumption and reducing costs.This paper comprehensively considers the accounting points of the dual-credit management method and the calculation process of CAFC,credit and cost,and establishes a simple and easy enterprise compliance calculation tool.The tool can calculate the credit situation and compliance cost of enterprises under different technology upgrading schemes by importing the existing product technology status and each product technology upgrading path.After that,users can finally form an energy-saving technology upgrading scheme in line with their own development needs through the comprehensive evaluation of the calculation results of each scheme.
