摘 要:为有效分配天波雷达探测资源,提升雷达大区域、多任务预警探测效能,从时间资源的角度,提出了一种新的适用于天波雷达的资源调度方法.首先分析天波雷达的探测资源要素,结合评估指标、电离层环境和任务构建动态探测效能评估模型,明确效能评估值与各资源要素的定量关系,然后将雷达资源调度转换为非线性规划求解问题.最后,基于构建的不同任务场景,求解非线性规划问题形成最优调度策略,得到最优波位和工作参数设置.计算结果表明:经过资源调度后,天波雷达探测效能明显提高,且协同探测较单部雷达探测效能提升,符合实际探测情况.In order to effectively allocate the detection resources of sky-wave over-the-horizon radar(OTHR)and improve radar’s early-warning and detection efficiency both over large areas and for multi-mission,this paper proposes a new resource scheduling method suitable for the sky-wave OTHR from a time resource perspective.Firstly,the paper analyzes the elements of detection resource,combining with the evaluation index,ionospheric environment and tasks to build the dynamic detection efficiency evaluation model and clarify the quantitative relationship between the efficiency evaluation value and each resource element,and then transforms detection resource scheduling to solving nonlinear programming problem.Finally,based on the different task scenarios constructed,the paper solves the nonlinear programming problem to form the optimal scheduling strategy,and obtains the optimal beam position and working parameter setting.The calculation results show that after resource scheduling,the sky-wave OTHR detection efficiency is improved obviously,and that the co-operative detection efficiency is better than that of the single radar detection,which conforms to the actuality of detection.
