摘 要:针对均流控制芯片在空间辐照环境中应用的局限性,在传统开关电源自主均流电路的基础上,采用基于运放的分立器件结构,提出了一种改进型开关电源自主均流电路,只需采用辐照加固运放即可很好地应用于空间辐照环境中。该电路利用一个运放的交替工作来实现单向缓冲器和运放的功能,简化了电路结构。同时通过在均流运放输出端与输出电压反馈端之间增加二极管,解决了传统自主均流电路存在的负载调整度差的问题。详细分析了该电路的工作原理,并在一款单端正激式100 W输出DC/DC变换器中对该电路进行了实验验证,实验结果证明了该电路的有效性和实用性。In order to solve the application limitation of current sharing control chip in space radiation environment,on the basis of traditional switching power supply automatic current sharing circuit,using discrete device structure based on operational amplifier,an improved automatic current sharing circuit is proposed.It uses the alternating operation of an operational amplifier to realize the functions of a unidirectional buffer and an operational amplifier,which simplifies the circuit structure;In addition,a diode is added between the output of the current sharing operational amplifier and the output voltage feedback terminal,which solves the problem of poor load regulation in the traditional automatic current sharing circuit.The working principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail,the experimental verification of the circuit is carried out in a single-ended forward 100 W output DC/DC converter,the experimental results show the effectiveness and practicability of the circuit.
