摘　　要：施工电梯安装于建筑物正式电梯井道内,能有效避免外装电梯的一些不安全因素,提高作业人员的安全性以及货物运输的高效性。对于一些高风压地区,施工电梯的内装消除了恶劣天气对施工电梯的影响,提高了其安全稳定性,此外施工电梯内装减少了外立面开口部位,不会影响外框结构以及幕墙施工,有利于后续各专业的施工,保证了施工进度,提高了施工效率。以高风压地区某酒店塔楼工程施工电梯内装为例,介绍结构设计优化、安装与拆除等关键技术。The installation of the construction elevator in the formal elevator shaft of the building can effectively avoid some unsafe factors of the previous external elevators,and improve safety of operators and efficiency of cargo transportation.At the same time,for some areas with high wind pressure,the interior of the construction elevator eliminates the influence of bad weather on the construction elevator and improves its safety and stability.In addition,the interior installation of the construction elevator reduces the openings on the facade,does not affect the outer frame structure and the curtain wall construction,which is conducive to subsequent professional construction,ensures the construction progress,and improves the construction efficiency.The key points of structural design optimization,installation and dismantling technology in the elevator interior installation process of a hotel tower project in high wind pressure areas are introduced.
