摘  要:在悬挂起重机荷载作用下,螺栓球节点网架结构的疲劳关键是高强度螺栓的疲劳。目前国内外尚未出现对M27高强度螺栓疲劳性能的研究报道。借助疲劳试验机和加载装置,对试件进行8次等幅疲劳试验,得到高强度螺栓的S-N曲线。借助金相分析,研究了疲劳失效的机理及影响因素,并借助有限元软件ABQUAS,对M27高强度螺栓进行了应力集中系数分析,确定了疲劳失效的部位。Under load of a suspended crane,the key to fatigue of the bolted spherical joint grid structure is fatigue of highstrength bolts.At present,there are no reports on fatigue performance of M27 high-strength bolts in China and other foreign countries.With the aid of a fatigue testing machine and a loading device,the specimens were subjected to 8 constant-amplitude fatigue tests to obtain the S-N curve of the high-strength bolts.With the help of metallographic analysis,the mechanism and influencing factors of fatigue failure were studied,and with the aid of the finite element software ABQUAS,the stress concentration factor analysis of M27 high-strength bolts was carried out to determine the location of fatigue failure.
