摘　　要：对高原地区预制梁施工综合技术进行研究,为高原高海拔地区预制施工、进度经济效益提供有力支撑,通过使用钢筋绑扎胎架、张拉防护架、T梁底预埋钢板调节装置、顶板钢筋模块化机器人焊接、底腹板钢筋一体式焊接胎具、内模防上浮锚栓、移动式存梁台座等技术,保障了施工安全、质量、进度,减少了人工投入,经济效益明显。The research on comprehensive technology of precast beam construction in plateau area provides strong support for the precast construction and progress economic benefits in plateau high altitude area.Through reinforcement binding jig,tension protection frame,T-beam bottom embedded steel plate adjusting device,roof reinforcement modular robot welding,bottom web reinforcement integrated welding jig,internal formwork anti floating anchor bolt,mobile beam storage pedestal,etc.,the construction safety,quality and progress is ensured,the labor input is reduced,and obvious economic benefits is achieved.
