摘　　要：重庆市的经济转型、科技创新、文化传承和民生改善离不开高水平的高等教育给予源源不断的人才和智力支持。重庆高等教育尽管取得长足进步,但还不适应新形势和新发展的需要,加快发展重庆高等教育需要从优化布局结构方面寻找新举措和新路径。The economy needs to be adjusted and upgraded,and the society needs to be transformed and upgraded,science and technology need to be driven by innovation,culture needs to be inherited and innovated,and people's livelihood needs to be continuously improved.All of the above need higher education,which will train talent for society.Although Chongqing Higher Education has made great progress,it still can not meet the needs of the new situation and new development.To speed up the development of Chongqing Higher Education,new measures and new paths should be found from the aspect of optimizing the layout and structure.
