左侧精索静脉曲张与胡桃夹综合征的相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨左侧精索静脉曲张与胡桃夹综合征的相关性。方法对我院确诊的132例左侧精索静脉曲张患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,测量左侧精索静脉内径并进行分度,随后行平卧位、脊柱后伸位左肾静脉超声检查,对不同年龄段和不同程度左侧精索静脉曲张的患者进行比较,分析合并胡桃夹综合征的情况。结果不同程度左侧精索静脉曲张患者合并胡桃夹综合征的比例比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄左侧精索静脉曲张患者合并胡桃夹综合征的比例比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左侧精索静脉曲张患者合并胡桃夹综合征与其左侧精索静脉曲张程度、年龄相关。Objective To study the correlation between left varicocele and nutcracker syndrome.Methods A total of 132 patients with left varicocele diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound in our hospital were enrolled.The inner diameter of left spermatic vein was measured and graded by ultrasound.Then,left renal vein was scanned in supine position and spinal extension position.Patients were grouped according to the age and the degree of left varicocele,and the combination of nutcracker syndrome among the groups was compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in patients with varying degrees of left varicocele complicated with nutcracker syndrome(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in different age groups with left varicocele complicated with nutcracker syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients of left varicocele complicated with nutcracker syndrome is related to the degree of left varicocele and the age of patients.
