摘 要:在薜荔与薜荔传粉小蜂的共生体系中,化学信号通讯是维持二者共生关系的重要枢纽。薜荔传粉小蜂对薜荔雌、雄果不同花期所释放的挥发物会产生不同的行为反应。在雌、雄花接受期所释放的挥发物对小蜂具有显著的吸引作用,而成熟期雌果和雄花期雄果挥发物对小蜂有极显著的趋避作用,小蜂对其他时期的雌、雄果挥发物均不表现出偏向性。薜荔花序挥发物的组成并非是单一化合物,而是多种化合物以特定的浓度和比例混合而成的特有成分,这是小蜂能够专一识别薜荔的重要信号。In the fig-fig wasps mutualism,Chemical signal plays an important role in maintaining their symbiotic relationship.The pollinating fig wasps have different behavioral responses to the volatiles released by the female and male figs at different floral stages. We found that the volatiles released during the receptive period of female and male figs had a significant attraction to pollinating wasps. However, wasps showed a very significant avoidance effect at male floral stage,and wasps did not show any response in other phase.The volatiles composition is not a single compound, but a unique component composed of a variety of compounds mixed in a specific concentration and proportion,which is an important signal for wasps to locate their host figs.
