摘　　要：纸质资源建设是图书馆建设的一个基本内容。面对后疫情时代节约型社会的发展,研究通过对当前高校图书馆纸质资源建设价值现状和原因的分析,提出基于价值工程方法的工作计划,从准备、信息、功能、构思、评估、开发、演示以及实施等各阶段落实纸质资源建设的具体理论和方法,实现纸质资源建设成本降低的同时,又能保障资源质量,促进价值创造。The construction of paper resources is a basic content of library construction.In the face of the development of a conservation-oriented society in the post-epidemic era,the study puts forward a work plan based on value engineering methods by analyzing the current status and reasons of the value of paper resource construction in university libraries,from preparation,information,function,conception,evaluation,and development.Implement specific theories and methods of paper resource construction at each stage,such as demonstration and implementation,so as to achieve the purpose of ensuring the quality and value of resources on the basis of reducing the cost of paper resource construction.
