“防返贫”下六盘水市茶产业可持续发展对策研究

摘　　要：近几年,六盘水市茶业经营规模不断扩大,帮助越来越多的贫困县实现了经济的发展并最终脱贫。但脱贫之后的六盘水市在茶产业发展上却并没有成功的将产业优势转化为经济优势,相反六盘水市茶产业依旧存在发展不均、发展受限等种种问题,难以保证脱贫的持续性。六盘水市须在防返贫的视角下寻找新思路,助推茶产业可持续发展,在避免“返贫”的同时实现长久正向的经济发展。In recent years,the scale of tea business in Liupanshui city has been continuously expanding,helping more and more poor counties to achieve economic development and finally get rid of poverty.However,after poverty alleviation,Liupanshui was not as successful as expected.The tea industry market was unpredictable,and there were various problems such as uneven development and limited development in Liupanshui,which made it even much more difficult to ensure the sustainability of poverty alleviation.Liupanshui city must find out new approaches from the perspective of preventing the returning to poverty,boost the high-quality development of tea industry,avoid the occurrence of"return to poverty",and achieve long-term positive economic development.
