摘  要:TA18高强钛合金因其优异的综合性能成为航空管路系统的首选材料,管材的弯曲成形技术水平对飞行器的性能至关重要。我国TA18高强钛合金管材的研制尚处于初期阶段,为满足航空产品精益化的需求,亟待建立一套较为全面的钛合金管材弯曲成形工艺体系及数值模拟系统。TA18 high-strength titanium alloy has become the material of choice for aviation piping systems due to its excellent comprehensive properties.It is important for the aircraft that level of bending technology.And it is still in preliminary stage the development of TA18 high-strength titanium alloy pipes in China.For the more and more requirements of aviation products,the comprehensive bending process system and numerical simulation system are urgently to be established.
