摘 要:在客车采暖散热器运行过程中,腐蚀问题的出现,极易造成散热器漏水,增加客车整体运行安全隐患。而杂物的堆积,则会影响散热器的运行效率,进而导致客车采暖散热环境温控不良。基于此,文章以客车采暖散热器为对象,结合水暖型散热器的结构,阐述了其腐蚀问题的原因以及应对策略,并对其杂物问题的原因以及应对策略进行了进一步探究,希望为客车采暖散热器的高效率运行提供一些参考。During the operation of the passenger car heating radiator,the appearance of corrosion problems can easily cause water leakage of the radiator and increase the overall safety hazard of the passenger car.The accumulation of debris will affect the operating efficiency of the radiator,leading to poor temperature control of the heating and cooling environment of the passenger car.Based on this,the article takes the passenger car heating radiator as the object,combined with the structure of the water heating radiator,expounds the cause of its corrosion problem and countermeasures,and further explores the cause of its debris problem and countermeasures,hoping for the passenger car high-efficiency operation of the heating radiator provides some references.
