摘  要:跨境电子商务作为一种贸易新业态,为当前低迷的外贸市场注入了新活力,也为传统中小型外贸企业转型升级带来了契机。在国家政策的积极推动、各大跨境电商平台大力招商的情况下,越来越多的中小型外贸企业开始试水跨境电商。但是在享受巨大商业发展机遇的同时,也面临品牌力不足、物流效率低下、人才紧缺、通关退税难等问题。针对存在的问题,可以通过实施品牌战略、整合物流方式、引进培养人才、完善通关退税体系等措施来发展B2C跨境电商业务。As a new type of trade,cross-border e-commerce has injected new vitality into the current sluggish foreign trade market and brought opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of traditional small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.With the active promotion of national policies and the vigorous investment attraction of major cross-border e-commerce platforms,more and more small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises began to test the waters in cross-border e-commerce.But while enjoying the huge business development opportunities,they also face the problems of weak product brand,low logistics efficiency,shortage of talents,difficulty in customs clearance and tax refund,etc.In view of the existing problems,the B2C cross-border e-commerce business can be developed through the implementation of brand strategy,integration of logistics methods,introduction and training of talents,and improvement of the system of customs clearance and tax refund.
