地方数字文化产业发展路径研究——以江苏省泰州市为例

摘　　要：数字文化产业是文化产业发展的重点领域和数字经济的重要组成部分,加快培育和壮大数字文化产业已成为各地竞争新兴产业的重要措施。国内一线城市及区域中心城市在发展数字文化产业方面具有天然优势,但对资源禀赋薄弱的三四线城市来说,发展数字文化产业存在众多不利条件。文章以江苏省泰州市为例,分析泰州数字文化产业发展及存在的问题,在此基础上,结合泰州的产业特点及资源禀赋特点,提出发展短视频电商直播、数字影视、数字戏剧出版、数字文化装备制造等项目,建议从整体谋划、融资支持、市场主体、产业载体、人才环境5个方面入手构建数字文化产业发展的良好生态环境,以期为其他类似城市发展数字文化产业提供借鉴。Digital culture industry is a key field in the development of culture industry and an important part of digital economy.Accelerating the cultivation and growth of digital culture industry has become an important track for all regions to compete for emerging industries.First tier cities and regional central cities have natural advantages in developing digital culture industry.However,for the third and fourth tier cities with weak resource endowment,there are many adverse conditions.Taking Taizhou city,Jiangsu Province as an example,the development and existing problems of Taizhou digital culture industry are analyzed,based on which the key directions of developing short video e-commerce live broadcasting,digital film and television,digital drama publishing and digital cultural equipment manufacturing are proposed in combination with the characteristics of industry and resource endowment in Taizhou.It is suggested that a good ecological environment for the development of digital culture industry be constructed from five aspects including overall planning,financing support,market subjects,industrial carriers and talent environment,with the hope of providing reference for the development of digital culture industry in other similar cities.
