摘　　要：为了实现对感应加热设备运行状态信息的实时获取,提出一种针对机电一体化感应加热设备的安全监控技术。基于PLC控制器,进行感应加热设备复位精度的实时调节,并通过分层驱动方式,从管理端与终端对机电一体化设备的运行进行监控。实例应用证明:本文设计的技术可通过显示界面对运行状态进行监测,并在数值超出相应范围或阈值时,进行相应的告警动作。In order to realize the real-time acquisition of the operation state information of the induction heating equipment,a safety monitoring technology for the Mechatronics induction heating equipment is proposed.Based on the PLC controller,the real-time adjustment of the reset accuracy of the induction heating equipment is conducted,and the operation of the mechatronics equipment is monitored from the management end and the terminal through the hierarchical drive mode.Example application proof:The technique designed in this paper can monitor the operation state through the display interface,and conduct the corresponding alarm action when the value exceeds the corresponding range or threshold.
