摘 要:目的开发基于Web放疗设备质控管理系统并评估其临床应用价值。方法系统基于B/S三层架构,应用Django框架整合相关开源软件工具包,依角色不同实现11个功能模块,分别为技术员负责的晨检模块;物理师负责的周检、月检、年检及非常规检查模块;技术主管负责的质控结果审核、批准模块;系统管理员负责的用户、设备、权限管理及检测项目管理模块。商用软件对比分析和人工分析评估系统功能准确性。结果系统以加速器为中心设计、实现覆盖放疗设备质控全流程大量实用功能,累积完成质控记录逾1000项,测试项目逾20000条。无纸化数据交换模式和多模态数据集成方法便于质控结果评估分析,自动量化分析方法提高质控一致性。基于Web系统鼓励主动质量保证,帮助质控人员提前干预潜在风险。结论系统提升了科室信息化管理水平,提高了质控效率,后续还可根据新需求进行扩展开发。Objective To develop a web-based radiotherapy equipment quality control management system and evaluate its clinical value.Methods The system was based on the B/S three-tier architecture and integrated related open source toolkits using the Django framework.11 functional modules according to different roles were implement,including daily quality assurance module for therapist,weekly,monthly,yearly and ad-hoc quality assurance module for physicist,quality control review and approval module for director,and user,equipment,authority and test lists management module for administrator.Commercial software and manual analysis were used to evaluate its functional accuracy.Results The system was designed and implemented many practical functions,basically covering the process of quality control of radiotherapy equipment.It had accumulated more than 1000 quality control records and over 20000 test items.This paradigm of paperless data exchange and multimodality data integration method facilitated the review and analysis of quality control records,and the automatic quantitative analysis method could help physicist consistently evaluate equipment status.The web-based quality control system would encourage proactive quality control and help physicist intervene potential risks ahead of time.Conclusion The system improves the information management level of the departments,and significantly enhances the quality control efficiency.More functions can be expanded and added according to potential needs in the future.
