摘  要:本文提出一种基于分散控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)实时监测数据驱动的汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路缺陷检测方法。首先,建立基于滑动窗口的稀疏自编码器(Sparse Auto Encoder,SAE)模型,对汽轮发电机组正常运行状态下所获取的DCS实时监测数据进行稀疏重构以提取状态特征;其次,建立基于注意力机制优化的长短期记忆网络(LSTM)模型以预测正常工况下汽轮发电机的励磁电流;最后,通过计算励磁电流理论预测值与实际值的残差对转子绕组匝间短路缺陷进行预警。安徽某电厂600MW大型汽轮发电机DCS历史监测数据分析结果表明该方法能够及时识别汽轮发电机转子绕组匝间短路的早期缺陷。This paper presents a method for detecting the inter-turn short circuit defect of turbogenerator rotor winding driven by on real-time monitoring data of distributed control system(DCS).Firstly,a sparse auto encoder(SAE)model based on sliding window method is established to extract the state features from the DCS monitoring data obtained from the normal operation of turbo-generator.Secondly,a long short-term memory network(LSTM)model based on attention mechanism optimization is established to predict the excitation current of turbo-generator under normal conditions.Finally,by calculating the residual between the theoretical prediction value and the actual value of the excitation current,the inter-turn short circuit defect of the rotor winding is predicted.The analysis results of DCS historical data of a 600 MW turbo-generator in Anhui Province show that the method can identify the early defects of inter-turn short circuit of turbo-generator rotor windings in time.
