摘 要:为研究台州电厂11相环形无刷励磁机定子过电压事故,本文首先介绍了励磁机定子绕组接地故障并进一步引发定子过电压事故的经过,并以一般m相P对极无刷励磁机为理论分析对象,从故障时定、转子绕组产生的磁场及其相互感应入手,明确了定子过电压产生的机理。对台州11相无刷励磁机进行定子过电压的仿真分析,对稳态励磁电流波形进行傅里叶分析及定子过电压的量化计算。理论分析及仿真计算均表明:定子过电压中仅含有m/P倍次谐波分量,且定子过电压量化计算结果与事故录波结果接近,验证了上述机理分析的正确性,同时也为核电定子过电压保护的研究提供了理论依据。In order to study the stator over-voltage accident of 11 phase annural brushless exciter in Taizhou Power Plant.This paper introduces the process of the stator winding grounding fault of exciter which causes the stator over-voltage accident.Taking the general m phase P pair-pole brushless exciter as the theoretical analysis object and starting with the magnetic field and mutual induction produced by the stator and rotor windings at the time of fault,the mechanism of the stator over-voltage is clarified.The stator over-voltage of Taizhou 11 phase brushless exciter is simulated and analyzed.The steady-state excitation current waveform is analyzed by Fourier transform and the stator overvoltage is calculated quantitatively.Theoretical analysis and simulation calculation show that the stator over-voltage only contains m/P times harmonic component.The results of quantitative calculation of stator over-voltage are close to the results of accident measurement,which verifies the correctness of the above mechanism analysis.Meanwhile,it also provides a theoretical basis for the research of nuclear power stator over-voltage protection.
