摘 要:抽蓄机组工况转换频繁,转子疲劳强度计算是设计时需重点关注的问题。本文以敦化抽蓄电站转子磁极为例,采用FKM局部应力法对磁极高点应力位置进行疲劳强度评估,疲劳载荷主要考虑正常启停机工况和甩负荷工况磁极所承受的脉动循环载荷,结构应力通过有限元方法得到,计算过程包含FKM标准中疲劳计算的大部分内容,疲劳强度结果通过利用度给出。本文可以为疲劳强度计算提供一些参考。As the transformation between the operating conditions in pumped storage power station is very frequent,the calculation of the fatigue strength of rotor magnetic poles is one of the most important issue during the design process.This article takes the rotor magnetic poles of Dunhua pumped storage power station as an example,using FKM local stress method to analyze the fatigue strength of the position where the high-stress concentrated on,we mainly consider the successive cyclic loads loading on the poles under normal operating condition and load rejection condition as fatigue loads.The structural stresses are obtained by using finite element method.Most contents of fatigue calculation in FKM standard are included in the counting process and the results are provided by the availability.This article can offer some references about fatigue strength calculation.
