摘  要:天生桥一级水电站现有机组存在机组稳定运行区狭窄、转轮出现裂纹空蚀破坏、噪音超标等问题,无法满足现在的电力市场需求。本文通过对天生桥一级水电站现有机组分析,指出由于受当时水力设计理念的限制以及当时水轮机运行特点的影响,原电站水轮机机组水力设计存在缺陷,无法满足现在电力市场的运行需求,并提出扩大机组稳定运行范围的新水力设计理念和方法。根据CFD分析对原始转轮及改造初始方案的一些关键特征工况的水力特性计算分析,结果表明采用新的设计理论能够拓宽机组稳定运行范围,在此方案基础上能够更加深入的进行水力开发工作。The problems of Tianshengqiao-Ⅰhydropower station unit such as stable operation range narrow,runner crack and cavitation deamge,noise,ect.,can’t meet the current market demand of electricity.This paper analyzes the the unit operation of Tianshengqiao-Ⅰand points out that due to the limitations of the hydraulic design theory and the hydraulic turbine operation range at that time.The original hydraulic design cannot meet the operational needs of the current power market.The new hydraulic design concept and method of expanding the stable operation range of the unit is proposed.According to the CFD analysis,the hydraulic characteristics of some key operation condition of the original design and renew initial design,the results show that the new design theory can broaden the stable operating range of the unit,and more hydraulic development work can be based on this program.
