摘  要:植物所进行的具有显著昼夜节律且可逆的运动被称为"nyctinastic movement",即植物的感夜运动。感夜运动在叶和花中较为常见,叶的感夜运动通常又被称为叶的睡眠运动,是自然界中的一种有趣现象。前人对植物叶片感夜运动的研究主要集中在豆科(Leguminosae)、酢浆草科(Oxalidaceae)、竹芋科(Marantaceae)中。花的感夜运动则被称为"Linné’s floral clock",对其研究主要集中于酢浆草科和睡莲科(Nymphaeaceae)睡莲属(Nymphaea)中。植物的感夜运动受到光照、温度、内源生物钟的调控,最终通过运动细胞的渗透作用来改变其细胞大小,实现肉眼可见的运动。本文对近年来植物感夜运动中涉及的影响因素、运动机制及其分子生物学的研究进展等进行综述,为进一步研究植物的感夜运动提供参考。Nyctinastic movement refers to the significant circadian rhythm and reversible movement performed by plants. It commonly occurs in leaves and flowers, and "foliar nyctinasty" is also known as the nyctinastic movement in leaves, representing one of the interesting phenomena in nature. Previous studies on foliar nyctinasty have mainly focused on Leguminosae, Oxalidaceae, and Marantaceae. The nyctinastic movement of flowers is called "Linné’s floral clock", with a majority of researches found in Oxalidaceae and Nymphaea(Nymphaeaceae). The nyctinastic movement of plants is regulated by light, temperature, and circadian clock, resulting in cell size changes led by osmosis of motor cells and obvious visual movement. This review systematically summarizes the impact factors, movement mechanisms, and the progress of molecular research relating to nyctinastic movement of plants in recent years to provide references for understanding of this interesting phenomenon in the future.
