摘  要:磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白(PEBP)控制植物开花转变和营养生长。本研究在GDDH13苹果参考基因组中鉴定了9个苹果PEBP基因。通过序列比较和进化分析,苹果(Malus domestica) PEBP蛋白由1个MFT-like蛋白、1个FT-like蛋白、6个TFL1-like蛋白和另外的1个PEBP-like成员构成。在保守位点的位置和组成方面,这四组PEBP蛋白具有一定的相似性,且在组内也有独特性。9个苹果PEBP成员具有相似的结构域分布和蛋白质结构, Motif 4、Motif 3、Motif 1和Motif 2共同构成了PEBP结构域,无规卷曲在二级结构中占有较大比例。苹果PEBP启动子区含有多种调控元件,如响应光照的G-box、响应低温的LTR、响应脱落酸的ABRE元件等。通过表达分析,发现不同的MdPEBP基因具有多样化的表达模式,部分成员可能参与低温过程、脱落酸和水杨酸响应。Phosphatidylethanolamine-binding proteins control flowering transition and vegetative growth in plants. In this study, 9 MdPEBP genes were identified in GDDH13 apple reference genome. Through sequence comparison and evolutionary analysis, apple PEBP proteins consisted of 1 MFT-like, 1 FT-like, 6 TFL1-like, and 1 member of another group(PEBP-like). In terms of the conserved site location and composition, the four PEBP groups shared some similarities, but they were also unique within the group. The nine PEBP members had similar domain distribution and protein structure. Motif 4, 3, 1 and 2 together constituted the PEBP domain, and random coil occupied a large proportion in the secondary structure. The apple PEBP promoter regions contained a variety of regulatory elements, such as G-box in response to light, LTR in response to low temperature and ABRE in response to abscisic acid, etc. Through expression analysis, it was found that different MdPEBP genes had diversified expression patterns, and some members might participate in chilling processes, ABA and SA response.
