摘  要:为提高飞机钣金零件的成形质量,对带下陷的直凸弯边零件在橡皮囊成形过程中的回弹问题进行研究。对新淬火状态下的2024-W铝合金材料进行单向拉伸试验,获得材料的力学性能参数,为回弹补偿和有限元模拟提供条件;采用CATIA二次开发系统,对带下陷的直凸弯边钣金件的圆角部分和弯边部分两个位置进行回弹补偿,生成准确的回弹补偿模具;采用Pam-stamp 2G有限元模拟软件,对新设计的补偿模具进行有限元数值模拟并进行试验验证,验证了经回弹补偿模块设计带下陷的直凸弯边补偿模具的可行性。结果表明:在成形压力为50 MPa时,零件回弹前后的角度误差为1°,满足尺寸设计要求,验证了有限元模拟的可信度以及回弹补偿系统的准确性。In order to improve the forming quality of aircraft sheet metal parts,the springback issue in the forming process of rubber bag for straight convex bending parts with sagging was studied.A uniaxial tensile experiment was performed on the 2024-W aluminum alloy material in the new quenched state,and the mechanical property parameters of the material were obtained,which provided conditions for springback compensation and finite element simulation.The CATIA secondary development system was used to compensate the springback in the round fillet and flanged parts of the straight convex bending sheet metal parts with sagging,and an accurate springback compensation mold was generated.The finite element simulation software Pam-stamp 2 G was used to conduct numerical simulation and experimental verification for the compensation mold newly designed.The feasibility of a straight convex bending compensation mold with sagging designed by the springback compensation module was verified.The results show that when the forming pressure is 50 MPa,the angle error of part before and after springback is 1°,which meets the requirements of dimension design.The credibility of finite element simulation and the accuracy of springback compensation system are verified.
