摘 要:运用Deform-3D软件对辊挤成形进行数值模拟,分析了不同摩擦因数和坯料壁厚对半成品飞边高度的影响,并研究了成形过程中模具的受力情况。研究结果表明:飞边高度随着摩擦因数和坯料壁厚的增加而增大;径向载荷同样随摩擦因数的增加而增大,但随坯料壁厚的增加而减小。当摩擦因数为0.4、坯料壁厚为17.0 mm时,冲头径向载荷最大,达到868 kN。最后进行成形试验,有限元模拟和成形试验得到的飞边高度偏差仅为10%,在消除飞边后筒体件表面无折叠缺陷,试验结果验证了模拟结果的可信性。The roll extrusion process was numerically simulated by software Deform-3 D,and the influences of different friction coefficients and blank wall thicknesses on the flash height of semi-finished product were analyzed to study the force conditions of mold during the forming process.The research results show that the flash height increases with the increasing of the friction coefficient and the blank wall thickness,and the radial load also increases with the increasing of the friction coefficient,but decreases with the increasing of the blank wall thickness.When the friction coefficient is 0.4 and the blank wall thickness is 17.0 mm,the maximum radial load of punch is 868 kN.Finally,the forming test was carried out,and the deviation of the flash height obtained by the finite element simulation and the forming test was only 10%.In addition,after the flash was eliminated,there was no folding defect on the surface of cylinder part.Thus,the test results verifies the credibility of the simulation results.
