摘　　要：目的了解NICU患者家属迁移应激现状及影响因素,为制定降低迁移应激干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取广东某三级甲等综合医院NICU的270例脑卒中患者家属为研究对象,采用患者及家属一般资料问卷、家属疾病不确定感量表、简易应对方式量表及家属迁移应激量表进行调查。结果NICU转出脑卒中患者家属迁移应激总分为(40.36±8.72)分,呈中等应激水平;卒中评分、家属疾病不确定感、家属居住地、消极应对是家属迁移应激的影响因素(P<0.001),其共同解释家属迁移应激22.30%的变异。结论NICU转出脑卒中患者卒中程度、家属疾病不确定感水平、居住地、应对方式对迁移应激有较高影响,医护人员可根据影响因素制定针对性措施。Objective To investigate current situations and influencing factors of relocation stress in family members of patients who moved out of NICU,so as to provide evidence for taking intervention measures to reduce the relocation stress among the family members of patients.Methods A total of 270 family members of stroke patients staying in the NICU of the Affiliated Hospital to Guangdong Medical University were selected by the method of convenience sampling.General data questionnaire,Mishel uncertainty in illness scale for family member(MUIS-FM),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and family relocation stress scale(FRSS)were used in the study.Results The total score of FRSS was 40.36±8.72,at a middle level.It was identified that the stroke score,MUIS-FM,family residence and negative coping of SCSQ were the influencing factors for FRSS(adjusted R2=0.223,F=4.671,P<0.001).Conclusions The severity of stroke,level of MUIS-FM,residence and coping style impose stronger influences on the relocation stress when stroke patients are transferred out of the NICU.Targeted measures should be formulated according to the influencing factors in reduction of the relocation stress.
