摘 要:Phosphoinositides, also known as phosphatidylinositol phosphates(PIPs),are a minor class of anionic phospholipids in cell membranes that have profound importance in a variety of cellular processes, such as cell signaling, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal dynamics.Phosphoinositides are the phosphorylated derivatives of phosphatidylinositol at the 3,4,or 5 positions of the inositol head group, resulting in a total of seven possible phosphoinositide species(Noack and Jaillais,2020).
