摘  要:根据光电专业实验教学的改革需求和红外光电器件发展的新趋势,研制了一款红外光电器件应用实验仪。采用运算放大器和比较器对热释电红外传感器的信号进行放大滤波以及报警鉴别处理,采用LM567锁相环芯片设计鉴频电路滤除环境光对红外二极管的干扰,采用NE555芯片设计了延时电路将触发脉冲信号变换成报警持续时间可调的电平信号。该实验仪器支持光电器件特性测定实验、报警电路搭建实验和Wi-Fi远程视频监控实验,有助于学生掌握红外光电器件的基本原理和物联网的基本应用,提高学生的动手能力和综合知识应用能力。Under the reform demand of photoelectric experiment teaching and the current trend of infrared photoelectric device development,an infrared photoelectric device application experimental instrument is developed.Operational amplifiers and comparators are used to amplify and filter the signal of pyroelectric infrared sensor and alarm identification processing,LM567 PLL chip is used to design frequency discrimination circuit to filter out the interference of ambient light on infrared diodes,and a delay circuit is designed by using NE555 chip to transform the trigger pulse signal into a level signal with adjustable alarm duration.The experimental instrument supports photoelectric device characteristic measurement experiment,alarm circuit construction experiment,and Wi-Fi remote video monitoring experiment,which helps students master the basic principles of infrared photoelectric device and the basic application of the Internet of things,and then improves students’practical ability and comprehensive knowledge application ability.
