摘 要:有功功率的平衡是保证电力系统安全稳定运行的前提,而频率是反映有功功率平衡的重要指标,深入理解有功功率平衡及频率调整的物理过程对于扎实学习电力系统相关课程至关重要。该文在电力系统仿真平台上开发了电力系统频率一次调整虚拟仿真实验。实验面向电力系统短时有功功率平衡问题,搭建了针对性强的仿真算例系统,并在此基础上设计了惯性响应实验和频率一次调整实验。通过该实验可加深学生对电力系统频率动态过程的系统感知及相关知识理解,锻炼学生使用现代仿真工具辅助学习、拆解复杂工程问题的能力。Active power balancing is an essential precondition for the security and stability operation of power systems,and frequency is an important indicator to access the active power balancing.Therefore,for better studying power system relevant courses,it is quite significant to understand the physical process of active power balancing and frequency regulation in depth.In this paper,a virtual simulation experiment of power system primary frequency control is developed based on the power system simulation tool.This experiment is oriented toward active power balancing in short-time scale,then a pertinent simulation study case is first built,and on this basis the inertial response and primary frequency control experiments are developed respectively.The proposed simulation experiment can help students with the better perception and understanding of power system frequency dynamic,and train the ability of using modern simulation tools and dissecting complex engineering problems.
