摘  要:涪陵乌江右线大桥地处三峡大坝上游,全长460.1m,主跨192m,为国内主跨跨度最大的单线铁路连续刚构桥。其中,3号主墩位于乌江航道深水区,采用双壁钢围堰"先堰后桩法"施工。结合深水基础施工,介绍了钢围堰在设计与施工方面的应用创新技术。"双支雪橇板"式下水托盘等创新技术成功应用到乌江右线特大桥。结合现场实际情况,提出"三维数字化"水下地形测量,"潜孔钻双向定位法",深孔一次爆破到位、分阶段清碴施工,钢围堰精确定位着床技术等施工工法。Fuling Wujiang Right Line Bridge is located at the upstream of Three Gorges Dam, with a total length of 460.1 m and a main span of 192 m. It is the largest single-track railway continuous rigid frame bridge in China. Among them, the No.3 main pier is located in the deep water area of Wujiang Channel, and the double-wall steel cofferdam is constructed by the “weir first and pile later method”. Combined with deep-water foundation construction, the innovative application of steel cofferdam in design and construction is introduced. Innovative technologies such as the “double sled board” launching tray were successfully applied to Wujiang Right Line Bridge. Combined with the actual situation of the site, “three-dimensional digital” underwater topographic survey, “DTH two-way positioning method”, deep hole blasting in place at one time, staged ballasting construction, and steel cofferdam precise positioning and implantation technology were proposed.
