摘 要:随着地下工程建设的飞速发展,人们对施工期产生的健康危害也越来越关注。以大岗山水电站泄洪洞的施工为工程背景,结合工程地质条件,对地下洞室施工中产生危害的来源、种类及危害机理进行了研究。另外,特别对γ射线的控制标准、检测等进行了详细说明。最后,提出地下洞室施工期健康危害的预防措施和降低危害措施。降低危害措施可从改善施工环境、创造良好的生活与工作环境及γ射线辐射防护等几个方面提出相应的工程手段。其中,γ射线辐射防护可分为时间防护、距离防护和屏蔽防护等。With the rapid development of underground engineering construction, the health hazards during the construction period are paid more attention. Taking the construction of the flood-discharge tunnel of Dagangshan Hydropower Station as the engineering background, combined with the engineering geological conditions, the sources, types and mechanisms of the hazards in the construction of underground caverns were studied. In addition, the control standards and inspections of gamma radiation were described in detail. Finally, preventive and reductive measures for health hazards during the construction of underground caverns were put forward. Measures to reduce hazards can start with the improvement of the construction environment, the creation of a good living and working environment, and gamma radiation protection to propose corresponding engineering methods. Among them, gamma radiation protection can be divided into time protection, distance protection, and shielding protection, respectively.
