江苏里下河地区现代生态农业发展对策研究——以泰州里下河生态经济示范区为例

摘　　要：生态文明建设上升到国家战略高度,生态农业是现代农业发展的趋势。围绕区域生态农业发展的主题,通过对泰州里下河地区生态农业发展现状实地调研并进行统计分析,存在生态环境污染治理不到位、现代农业技术应用不足、特色生态农业比重偏低以及农业生态化发展机制不够完善等突出问题,针对泰州里下河区域水文化特色资源禀赋,提出围绕水文化重点打造绿色产业品牌、加快构建一二三产融合的现代生态产业链、推进“互联网+”现代农业发展以及完善农业生态化发展机制等对策。The ecological civilization construction is elevated to the national strategies in China and eco-agriculture has become a tendency to develop modern agriculture.Focusing on the theme of regional eco-agriculture development,this paper attempts to statistically analyses the current situation of Lixiahe eco-economic demonstration area based on the field investigation.The research carries out an in-depth analysis of irregularities on pollution control,lack of application of modern agriculture technologies,low percentage of characteristic eco-agriculture and limitation of the eco-agriculture mechanism.With the consideration of the regional water resource endowment,the corresponding countermeasures are advanced in terms of creating a green industry brand,accelerating the modern eco-industrial chain of three industries integration,promoting the development of“internet+”and modern agriculture and improving the eco-agriculture mechanism.
