摘 要:故障自愈技术是在在线监测、智能评估以及故障诊断等基础上形成的预处理技术,能够有效识别故障风险并防控处理,降低智能电网停电的可能性。从自愈控制技术的类型及特征出发,分析智能配电网中自愈控制技术的应用。结合工程项目,深入研究基于自愈控制的配电网管理重点和难点,构建系统化、层次化以及规范化的风险管控体系,希望在一定程度上改善智能配电网的运行质量。The fault self-healing technology is a pre-processing technology formed on the basis of online monitoring,intelligent assessment and fault diagnosis,which can effectively identify the risk of faults and prevent and control them,reducing the possibility of power outages in the smart grid.Starting from the types and characteristics of self-healing control technology,the application of self-healing control technology in intelligent distribution network is analyzed.Combining engineering projects,in-depth study of the key points and difficulties of distribution network management based on self-healing control,building a systematic,hierarchical and standardized risk management and control system,hoping to improve the operation quality of the smart distribution network to a certain extent.
