摘 要:川藏铁路的建设,是完善区域铁路网布局、建成我国现代化综合交通体系、实现"全国123出行交通圈"的重大需求.考虑到川藏铁路环境要素信息的不确定性及传输的可靠性和高效性,本文基于非对称Nash博弈论和约束条件下带精英优选策略的遗传算法(CEGA),提出川藏铁路防灾监测通信系统带宽资源分配优化策略,并探究在带宽需求确定及不确定两种情景模式下该带宽资源分配优化策略的安全性和经济性.研究发现:基于非对称Nash博弈论和CEGA算法的带宽资源分配优化策略能够实现关键监测信息的稳定可靠传输,进而提升了川藏铁路运行安全性;同时,该带宽资源分配优化策略能够确保系统带宽资源利用的高效性,进而提升了川藏铁路运行经济性.本文研究为合理设计、建设和优化川藏铁路防灾监测通信系统,保障川藏铁路安全高效建设运营提供了有益的政策启示.The construction of Sichuan-Tibet railway is important for improving the layout of regional railway network,building a modern comprehensive transportation system,and realizing "123 trip traffic circles in the whole country" in China.Considering the environmental information uncertainty and the reliability and efficiency of information transmission for the Sichuan-Tibet railway,this paper proposes a new bandwidth allocation strategy of the disaster monitoring communication system for Sichuan-Tibet railway based on the Nash game theory and CEGA algorithm.Also,the safety and efficiency of the proposed bandwidth allocation strategy are further explored.Results can be summarized as follows.First,our proposed bandwidth allocation strategy can ensure the stable and reliable transmission of key information and,thus,improve the operation security of Sichuan-Tibet railway.Second,this bandwidth allocation strategy also can ensure the utilization efficiency of bandwidth resources and,thus,improve the operation efficiency of Sichuan-Tibet railway.The results of this paper provide practical suggestions for the design,construction,and optimization of the disaster monitoring communication system for Sichuan-Tibet railway,as well as for further improving the operation safety and efficiency of Sichuan-Tibet railway.
