摘　　要：知识产权保护是促进数字经济发展、提升区域创业活跃度的重要制度保障。以2011-2018年中国地级城市的面板数据作为样本,研究知识产权保护通过数字经济作用于区域创业活跃度的影响机制。实证结果表明,知识产权保护对区域创业活跃度有显著的正向影响,这一作用机制在一定区间内表现更强。作用机制的分析显示,促进数字经济和区域创新发展是知识产权保护影响区域创业活跃度的重要中介机制。并从加强知识产权保护、强化作用机制研究和制订区域差异性政策提出政策建议,最大化释放知识产权保护对数字经济与区域创新激励的促进机制,以提升区域创业活跃度。Intellectual property protection is an important institutional guarantee to promote the development of digital economy and enhance the activity of regional entrepreneurship.Taking the panel data of China's prefecture level cities from 2011 to 2018 as a sample,this paper studied the impact of intellectual property protection on regional entrepreneurial activity through digital economy.The empirical results show that intellectual property protection has a significant positive effect on regional entrepreneurial activity,and this effect is stronger in a certain range.The analysis of the mechanism shows that promoting the development of digital economy and regional innovation is an important intermediary mechanism for intellectual property protection affecting the activity of regional entrepreneurship.At the end of this paper,policy suggestions were put forward to maximize the release of the promotion mechanism of intellectual property protection on the incentive of digital economy and regional innovation in order to enhance the activity of regional entrepreneurship,focusing on strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,digging into the mechanism of action and formulating regional differential policies.
