文化戍边视角下云南边疆地区农村公益电影放映探析

摘　　要：云南边疆地区农村公益电影放映始自中华人民共和国成立之初,它一直发挥着文化戍边的作用。在电影成为重要文化软实力的当下,农村公益电影放映得以加强并较好地发挥了文化戍边作用,也更有效地被整合到边疆治理当中。农村公益电影利于主流文化传播并扎根到云南边疆,助力乡村振兴语境下的云南边疆地区农村社区文化建构,还可在新的国际和周边语境下有力地抵御外来不良文化。为使云南边疆地区农村公益电影放映更好地发挥文化戍边作用,需要优化一定的策略和路径:一是更好地发掘和创作云南边疆题材电影,二是充分考虑融媒体技术语境下的灵活传播,三是引入多种放映主体,四是向邻国更深入地走进和传播。Free movie shows in border villages started in China in the 1950s and have since played a positive role in reinforcing border defence.Such a role is becoming more important now with China’s film-making industry becoming an important showcase of its cultural soft power.For the shows not only provide a channel for the mainstream Chinese culture to spread itself to the rural areas along the borderlines,and help promote the reconstruction of the community culture of these areas,but also give these areas a shield against malignant influences of alien culture from countries across the border.To give a greater display to the role of such shows in reinforcing border defence,efforts can be made to firstly produce more movies themed on life of the people in border areas,secondly to make use of the multimedia technology,thirdly to introduce more varied forms of movie showing,and fourthly to show the movies in other countries across the border.
