摘 要:PCBA三防技术因其对线路板有良好的保护作用,目前被越来越多地应用到各类产品中。三防漆的涂覆方式主要为液态涂覆,而聚对二甲苯类三防漆主要为气相沉积。这两种涂覆方式无论在设备选择、涂覆原理上均有明显区别。文章以无溶剂型丙烯酸树脂类的UV固化三防漆作为液态涂覆的典型,与聚对二甲苯这种气相沉积三防漆从环境试验效果及试验数据方面对比两者的防护区别,并探讨各自的应用区别。PCBA three protection technology has a good protection effect on the circuit board is more and more used in products.The coating method of the three-proof paint is mainly liquid coating,while the polyxylene three-proof paint are mainly vapor deposition.There is a marked difference between the two coating methods.In this paper,the non-solvent-based acrylic resin UV curing three-proof paint as a typical liquid coating,and the vapor deposition of polyxylene three-proof paint based on the environmental test results and test data to compare the differences between the two,and discuss the differences.
