摘  要:背景:人体乳牙牙髓干细胞具有较强的增殖和分化潜能,且脱落的乳牙牙髓来源广泛,因而渐渐成为干细胞领域的研究热点。目的:综述乳牙牙髓干细胞的一般生物学特性以及临床治疗研究进展。方法:选择万方、CNKI、维普、Medline、PubMed数据库,主题词搜索"人乳牙髓干细胞,微环境,基因治疗""human exfoliated deciduous teeth,dental pulp,stem cell,gene therapy"。初检获得文献239篇,选择近5年内的最新研究文献,以及近10年内影响因子超过5分的相关文献,由全体作者共同对检索文献进行评估,排除重复内容以及内容陈旧相关性差的文献196篇,最终纳入44篇文献进行综述。结果与结论:乳牙牙髓干细胞增殖率高,可向多种组织分化,且其易获得、无伦理争议及不存在免疫排斥反应。随着越来越多的乳牙干细胞库的出现,乳牙牙髓干细胞将为组织工程和医学提供更广阔的应用前景。BACKGROUND:The stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth have strong proliferation and differentiation potential and can be easily obtained,and then have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of stem cells.OBJECTIVE:To review the general biological characteristics and clinical treatments of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth.METHODS:Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,Medline,and PubMed databases were searched,with the Chinese subject headings"stem cells from deciduous teeth,microenvironment,gene therapy"and English subject headings"human exfoliated deciduous teeth,dental pulp,stem cell,gene therapy".A total of 239 articles were obtained by preliminary examination.The latest research articles in the last 5 years and the articles with impact factor over 5 in recent 10 years were selected.The articles were evaluated by all the authors,and 196 articles with repeated content and outdated content and poor correlation were excluded.Finally,44 articles were included for review.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth have a high proliferation rate and can differentiate into a variety of tissues.Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth are easy to get,and there is no immune rejection reaction.With the emergence of more and more stem cell banks,stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth will provide broader application prospects for tissue engineering and medicine.
