摘  要:针对洛阳地铁1,2号线盾构区间全断面富水砂卵石长距离掘进出现的问题及采取的措施进行分析。以2号线牡丹大道站—市民之家站区间为工程背景,对掘进参数选择、渣土改良、盾构姿态控制与纠偏、出土量、同步注浆及二次补浆等进行技术总结。通过盾构全断面砂卵石层长距离下穿开元湖的超前谋划、超强配置以及行之有效的施工组织管理,有效保证了在洛阳地铁全断面富水砂卵石地层长距离盾构施工安全。The problems and measures for long-distance excavation of water-rich sand and pebbles in full-section of the shield tunnel of Luoyang Metro Line 1 and Line 2 are systematically analyzed.Technical summaries were made on the selection of excavation parameters,muck improvement,shield posture control and correction,unearthed volume,synchronous grouting and secondary grouting,etc.,taking the section between Mudan Avenue Station to Civic House Station on Line 2 as the engineering background.Through in advance planning,super configuration and effective construction organization and management of the long-distance excavation in water-rich sand and pebbles in full-section of the shield tunnel passing beneath Kaiyuan Lake,the long-distance shield construction safety in the Luoyang Metro full-section water-rich pebble layer was effectively ensured,which has not only achieved the effect of rapid excavation in this stratum,but also obtained the construction experience of smooth and rapid long-distance passing beneath artificial lakes.
