摘 要:江苏省产业技术研究院固定场所建设项目9号楼局部为钢-混凝土组合劲性结构,钢柱基础节定位采用自由安装施工工艺,即利用固定胎架和传力板进行钢柱准确找位,并结合地脚螺栓限位固定和钢柱间钢梁提前安装(或辅助设置稳定体系),继而实现钢柱一次性整体安装。应用效果表明,钢柱基础节自由安装具有施工便捷、节约工期、安装精度高等特点,避免了承台混凝土分两次浇筑以及螺栓孔二次灌浆等工序。The fixed site construction project of No.9 Building of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute is a steel-concrete composite rigid structure.The foundation section positioning of steel column adopts free installation construction technology,i.e.,the accurate positioning of steel column is implemented by using fixed jig frame and force transfer plate,combined with anchor bolt limit fixation and steel beam installation between steel columns in advance(or auxiliary setting of stable system),so as to realize the overall installation and optimization of steel column only for once.Application results show that free installation of the foundation section of steel column possesses such advantages as being convenient for construction,saving construction period and having high installation accuracy,etc.,meanwhile it avoids such procedures as pouring concrete of the bearing platform for twice and the secondary grouting of bolt hole,etc.
