摘  要:为满足新时期任务要求,军队营房工程需要提升建设水平,如何高质量高效率地完成营房建设成为重要的研究课题,对营房建造方案进行科学量化的决策研究具有一定的现实意义。从新时期营房特点的角度出发,系统构建营房建造方案决策的指标体系,通过OWA算子实现评估指标的客观赋权,运用向量夹角余弦实施营房建造方案多属性决策的比选评优,并以算例表明方法的可行性。结果表明装配式建造方案更适应新时期军队的任务使命,并与长远发展要求相匹配,研究可为新时期营房建造方案的决策提供参考。In order to meet the requirement of the army in the new era,barracks construction needs to step into the modern development,and to complete barracks construction with high quality and efficiency becomes an important research topic.Scientific and quantitative evaluation of barracks construction scheme is helpful to improve the barracks construction level.This paper summarizes the characteristics and construction modes of barracks engineering in the new era,and systematically establishes the evaluation index system of barracks construction decision-making.It completes the index weighting through OWA operator,and makes comparative selection of barracks construction methods based on vector angle cosine method.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by a case.The result shows that the prefabricated construction method matches the requirements of the current task and long-term development of the army.It can provide scientific support for the decision-making of barracks construction in the new era.
