摘  要:为探究浑浊度对水源水中锰测定结果的影响,采用可见分光光度法与火焰原子吸收分光光度法2种检测方法,分别对经滤纸过滤、滤膜抽滤等方式处理后的不同浑浊度水样进行检测,并分析2种结果的一致性。结果表明,当水源水浑浊度>5 NTU时,对可见分光光度法测定有明显干扰。未过滤水样用可见分光光度法与火焰原子吸收分光光度法测得总锰值比为1.29~17.80,采用SPSS软件“配对T检验”,得P=0.006<0.01,2组测得值之间有极显著差异;过滤后2种方法测得值配对检验,得P=0.052>0.05,2组测得值之间无显著差异。因此,用可见分光光度法测定水源水中锰含量,目视水体浑浊或测得浑浊度>5 NTU时,应将水样先用滤纸过滤后测定。In order to explore the influence of turbidity on the determination results of manganese in source water,two detection methods,visible spectrophotometry and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry were used to detect different turbidity water samples after filtering by filter paper and membrane filtration,and the consistency of the two results was compared and analyzed.Results showed that when the turbidity of source water was greater than 5 NTU,it had obvious interference to the determination of visible spectrophotometry.Ratio of total manganese value measured by visible spectrophotometry to total manganese value measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry in unfiltered water samples was 1.29~17.80.“Paired T-test”with SPSS software(P=0.006<0.01)was used to consider that there was a significant difference between the two groups.“Paired T-test”of the two methods after filtration(P=0.052>0.05)showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.Therefore,when the water is considered turbid visually or measured more than 5 NTU,the water sample should be filtered with filter paper before determination.
