摘  要:为了解决某工业园区电镀废水处理工艺出水TN、TP不达标的问题,采用新的AO-MBR-臭氧组合工艺对电镀废水进行处理,并试验了组合工艺对COD_(Cr)、氨氮、TN的处理效果。试验结果表明,组合工艺对COD_(Cr)、TN、氨氮、TP均有较好的处理效果,去除率分别高达86.00%、92.86%、99.28%、95.90%,出水COD_(Cr)≤50 mg/L,氨氮≤8 mg/L,TN≤15 mg/L,TP≤0.5 mg/L,出水水质满足广东省《电镀水污染物排放标准》(DB 44/1597—2015)。臭氧的加入可将部分难降解的有机磷转化成无机磷,以及将部分有机氮氧化为无机氮,便于进一步生化处理,将臭氧出水回流进入MBR能够进一步脱氮除磷。In order to solve the problem that TN and TP of electroplating wastewater treatment process in an industrial park belowstandard,electroplating wastewater was treated by a new AO-MBR-ozone combined process to study the treatment effects on COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.Experimental results showed that combined process had a brilliant effect on the treatment of COD_(Cr),total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,removal rates were as high as 86.00%,92.86%,99.28%,95.90%,the effluent COD_(Cr)≤50 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤8 mg/L,TN≤15 mg/L,TP≤0.5 mg/L,effluent quality meets Guangdong Province's Electroplating Water Pollutant Discharge Standard(DB 44/1597—2015).The addition of ozone can convert part of refractory organic phosphorus into inorganic phosphorus and oxidize part of organic nitrogen into inorganic nitrogen,facilitating further biochemical treatment,and refluxing ozone water into MBR can further remove nitrogen and phosphorus.
